Are they winter slippers? Are they Nightcrawler cosplay?

The answer of course is "Both". I have a partial left foot, and because taller boot-style winter slippers are made only in women's sizes I cannot find warm winter slippers that don't just fall off my foot. These insulated jikatabi are the solution. They keep my feet warm, they help me to walk ... and if I ever want to cosplay as Nightcrawler, I'm set. (I also have a set of the armored-toe safety jikatabi, and have used those in the past as part of a Samurai Batman cosplay... "Watashi-wa Battoman-desu! Watashi-wa yorodesu!")
