Unhappy with shipping

Your shipping cost is ridiculous. You charged me $36 shipping on an order that was not heavy at all. It was a small idler pulley, a 3 inch bolt and two belts. after I received that order I realize I needed one more pulley only and you also wanted $36 to ship that I have purchased from you for years but not anymore.
