Vietnamese Coconut Candy (Kẹo Dừa)

This is so delicious! I had this treat in Vietnam recently and wanted it again. I actually like this one a bit more! The taste is delicious and on par with the ones ive had before, but the added peanuts on top give these an even better taste and texture. I will definitely be buying more!
