Would be a 5 star if didn't trash the entire Banh Tet due to extreme heat during shipping/delivery and lack of icepack on original shipment. Then came the replacement missing that very same Banh Tet and the Curry Beef Jerky that has cracked, improper sealed container & spilled all over inside the package along with other items. I was really upset & almost demand a refund but I was quickly calmer after spoke with Huy in Customer service. Im glad he took accountability for the unexpected shipment accident and offered the replacement. However, as I mentioned the replacement was missing two of the very items that I trashed for safety reasons. Therefore, Banh Tet would tastes good if it wasn'tspoiled. Curry Beef Jerky tastes good too but it spilled so I just trashed. In conclusion, to all fairness if the packaging & order processing team are more dedication & focus on the job & making sure they do things right even under pressure or during busy schedules then they would deserve 5 stars. I didn't bother calling back a second time because I'm not a complainer. Im not strict but Idon't want to sound like Im complaining if the business didn't email and follow up with me then I will take it as they are not welcoming my future business as well as honest feedback. The rest of the other items in the replacement shipment was indeed good taste & quality!
