appalling customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased this watch band over 2 months ago & requested a return as it did not fit my wrist correctly. The team have taken weeks to inform me of what is happening & now have since told me that they aren’t accepting returns. I have had to email multiple times requesting updates as they never inform me of their own accord. Will never be purchasing from this company again.

The gold is not yellow gold like in the videos or pics.. its a cheap looking gold. Very dissatisfied
