The initial shipment time during the check out process was 2-5 business day. When following up with company, was told that it will take longer because they don't have it in stock in US, and therefore they are shipping in from China. The tracking with shop app does not give the accurate status or location of the shipment either. The whole process feels fishy and not inspiring trust so far. Really hope i will get my Item, despite that it will be too late. The item was purchase as a gift a special day. If you need to make a purchase for a special occasion, you might not want to get it from Donatelli.
