Flat Boater widebrim for Burning, Hat Pyrography, Hat for Engraving

Hats = Great, Shipping = Fail

The hats are wonderful & great for burning however, twice now I've had problems with shipping my orders. The last order took 2.5 months & 3 emails from me. They finally responded & sent my order out with no apologies, discounts, or explanation.

My brown mocha color hat was very dirty around it. I sent a message to see if somebody would reply back, but I have not heard from anybody.

Love this hat and the color is so vibrant!!! Great quality and ample fit. Can’t beat the price! Hat exceeded my expectations.
