Rigid Liner Storm Collar

it was ok but did not expect it to be like that, when it over laps, and its a little big it does hug the pipe

Needs hand finishing.

Purchased as apart of a package. Other items are well made. This storm collar is cut out with plasma cutter of some sort. Cut surfaces are rough, sharp and in finished. Had to clean it up myself using a hand sander.
