Micro Air EasyStart Flex Home AC Soft Starter New

Very disappointing return and cancellation policy. I placed the order and contacted customer service immediately afterward to cancel it because there was no easy way to cancel the order online. By the time they responded, they told me the item had already shipped and could no longer be canceled. They said I could return it, but I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping cost, AND the return shipping cost. For a small $364 item, this adds up to nearly $100 just to return something I tried to cancel immediately after ordering. It feels like the order was shipped quickly while my cancellation request was left unanswered, and then I was stuck with excessive return fees. I find this policy extremely unreasonable and would not purchase from FactoryPure again. Make sure you read their cancellation and return policy very carefully before ordering.

Great Gadget

The Micro-Air EasyStart Flex was easy to install and made a big difference in how my AC starts. It significantly reduced the startup power surge, runs smoother, and works great with a generator. A quality product that does exactly what it promises. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend

Amazing results. Startup went from 56.6A down to 19.2A. 66% less. Running went from 10.6A down to 8.3A. 21% less. Installation done by a professional electrician, and he commented on the ease of the process and upon witnessing the results said he would highly recommend and was getting one for himself. Also purchased installation kit , but it wasn’t needed. Was returned. Very impressed
