Product=A , customer service =A , expediting=F

Product was great ! customer service was great ! Expediting/delivery was terrible. Took 1 week to get products (2 separate packages) , both had wrong shipping labels info put on them. Address, street and city was all wrong. FedEx was nit a lot of help either and actually made matters worse. I will buy from Rockfird Chimney again and give another shot - only if my products are NOT shipped thru FedEx.

Great customer service

Excellent service, and fast. I ordered Thursday evening and Apple Pay put in the wrong address, which caused a panic. Addresses were 1000 miles apart. I called their customer service line and let them know. When they opened the next day address was corrected and the product showed up on Tuesday. Nice work people!
