Product does what is says. I have let other people try it and they already place there order also. Highly recommend it.

Recov use

Very happy with it. I was having an issue with my forearm and bicep when doing my arms session. It needed a set or two to warm up. With Recov, I'm warmed up from the get-go. Will carry on using it.
