I’ve tried a lot of products over the years and this one hits the mark for sure. Been working out over 40 years, retired military, former competitive powerlifter, etc. The heat doesn’t really activate until you start working out, start sweating but when it does the heat is incredible, lasts throughout the entire workout & beyond. Muscles work better and it enhances the blood pumps. Definitely recommend to every serious lifter/fitness athlete!

Get the heat without the burn

The cream goes to work fast. You can almost instantly feel the heat as you are rubbing it into your muscle/joint. It does feel good but doesn't exactly take away my shoulder pain when I bench press. I use it daily as well as wearing a sleeve on my aching knee. It does make my knee feel better for sure. A small amount of cream can cover a large area which is a good thing because the cream tube is pretty small. I am still on my first tube (of 3) and I will continue to use it. Not sure if I will be purchasing again though. Oh, and please make sure that you wash your hands very thoroughly (maybe 2 or 3 times) after applying. I keep rubbing and burning my eye even after washing. Even burned my lips for picking at my lips after applying the cream and washing my hands. The eye and lip burn was hotter than it felt on my shoulder and knee.
