Tumbleweed Trail Fringed Hand-Tooled Bag

This is my third Myra bag and by far the best! Exactly what I was looking for.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with customer service, or lack thereof.

Purchased the Tumbleweed Trail bag and wanted to return it immediately due to the extreme length of the fringe. Jumped thru hoops trying to do this. They insisted on a photo of the return item, which took over 30 minutes to upload as their system kept rejecting the photo as too large (it was a cell phone pic!) It finally sent and they supposedly credited my acct, but gave me no return shipping label or instructions. Left voicemail and sent emails for customer service to call me. Got no call. Waited 2 days and started a chat with "Peter" who wanted me to go thru the entire process again, but put me on hold while he tried to retrieve the info I had already sent. Then their system kicked me off the chat for inactivity on my part!! I called and nobody answered. I left another voicemail for a return call. Still no contact from customer service. I was going to return this bag and order 2 others, but if this is not resolved ASAP, I will never do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Not at all happy.

Love my Myra bag!

I have another Myra bag very similar to this one, but the strap broke off of the zipper. I safety pinned it on and carried it for at least two years and received so many compliments on my bag. It got to the point that if I did not have that bag with me, I would be asked where it was. So they pretty much recognized me by my black-and-white cowhide Myra.!
