I love the iBasso DC Elite. It has really improved the quality of my sound and is bringing out the best in my Beyerdynamic T90 headphones. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that it didn’t work with my Audirvana origin App - but I am in contact with their customer service to see if they can find a fix. ;

The Standard

We all have that fear we come back to again and again because it is the standard. That’s the DCE for portable amp/dacs. Unless you’re gonna step up to a Taipan, this should satisfy (sonically speaking) up to $1k. Sure, it lacks some feature sets, but there’s something about its purity for sonic excellence. Also, if you’re circling back again, don’t let your memory fool you, it’s not overly neutral. There’s a natural tonality here, it basically gets out of the way, except for power…that gives it staging, and it’s the best you can get from a dongle.

Outstanding Dongle

Amazing sound quality! Best dongle on the market, hands down. Desktop level sound with air, clarity, beautiful midrange and powerful bass. As long as you are using IEM’s. Do wish it had some sort of display. Seems like something could have been done at this price point.
