Rwanda Cyato - Anaerobic Honey Red Bourbon

So, first order of these. There was a slight mishap with packaging and the beans wound up scattered in my kitchen. However, i did reach out and they replaced the bag. Its great coffee. I found the last anaerobic kind a little too acidic for me, so i decided to use this one for cold brew and it is superb. Not too acidic, i found it to have a complex funky flavor in the best way.
