A Good One-Shot with Mostly Social Interactions Defined

I enjoyed this adventure. My only criticism is that the finale is where the combat takes place, and the setting is well defined, but the circumstances of how the fight goes are not well described. Are the characters meant to duke it out with the BBG or run and explore the surroundings for options? I think letting them explore and learn about the surroundings before the clock starts ticking would have made for a better final encounter. Well written and edited, but could use a bit more elaboration on the ending.
