High-quality First Pair of Loafers and Excellent Customer Service
After ordering, Mercè from customer service reached out to assist with correct sizing, which was a nice touch. Shipping was fast (3 business days) and in time for a wedding I was attending. The loafers fit perfectly out of the box, which I was nervous about as this was my first time purchasing loafers online. The suede was soft and I couldn't spot any imperfections on either loafer. There was minimal break-in time and I've received several compliments while wearing them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade/start their summer shoe collection.
