I placed my Father's Day order after the cutoff for guaranteed delivery before the holiday but still received it with time to spare! I was so pleased with the customer service of the preview and turnaround, and even more pleased when I received our platter-- it's great! If anything, I wish there was a larger plate size available, but it is exactly as represented. The printing is clear and I trust it really will be permanent. Love that it's dishwasher safe, too!
