Helps me sleep better!

Electrolyte balance is one of my favorite supplements. I take the full ounce at bedtime. It relaxes me and helps me sleep better. I have had no side effects. It is easy to take, just shake and measure out the dose. There is no bad taste, actually no real taste at all. I highly recommend it!

It has helped me a lot with muscle cramps. As long as I use the balance I usually don't have any problems. I've tried to stop and always go back to the Electrolytes. I do one shot glass first thing every morning.
