Wild Chilean Sea Bass Portions

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I ordered a perishable seafood shipment from OceanBox that was supposed to arrive overnight. Instead, the package was delayed by approximately 22 hours beyond the guaranteed delivery time. When the shipment finally arrived, all of the ice packs were completely melted and the seafood temperature measured over 50°F. The seafood was never frozen upon arrival and was clearly not in safe condition to consume. I immediately contacted OceanBox and explained the situation, including the delivery delay and unsafe temperature conditions. Despite this, they refused to offer either a refund or replacement and claimed the shipment arrived in satisfactory condition. I provided shipment tracking, delivery timestamps, and temperature documentation, but they still refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing customer service and extremely concerning handling of perishable food products. I would strongly caution others before ordering seafood from this company.
