Cute toy and we enjoy it, but a little underpowered. The real issue is customer service. After I ordered, they claimed they couldn't ship to my PO box. Their AI agent gave zero straight answers across many emails. I only got a human after tagging their collaborators on Instagram. That human then told me to contact the carrier myself with a new address, info I had already handed the AI. When I refused, they said fixing their own shipping mistake wasn't their job. It took 6 weeks and about 6 hours of messaging over 2 weeks to get resolved, and it finally arrived at my original address anyway. They did refund me, which is the only reason this isn't 1 star.

Not a very comfy fit, and didn't work out well for us. Unfortunately they do not accept returns outside of EU/UK so now we are stuck with a product that was a pretty big disappointment. If youre around the 7" mark, you might find that the front portion pokes under the back of your head and it is not very pleasant.

Unique and shared pleasure

I'll start by saying not a bot or shill. I got this on a whim just to try something different. My partner was excited to use it and we set it to constant buzz. The snail works great keeping contact as we moved. After a while preferred me deep and loved the feeling of me pressing in with both C and G spot vibe. We both got a very happy ending and I think it will see more action.
