Soupy, not the same quality

I've been using this product for at least 2 years and it's always been a custard. Ordered from Amazon recently and it came very soupy, like it was watered down with alcohol. I decided to order straight from you and thought I'd be getting the quality product I'm used to. I even ordered 2. I feel like I wasted the almost $40 on this and it's not coating my hair properly, so it takes like 2 times as long to do my hair on wash day.

I tried this for the first time about a year ago and it is the most perfect product for my wash & go styles! It holds my curls throughout the day and keeps frizz at bay! It doesn’t dry “crunchy”, doesn’t flake, and it keeps my hair feeling soft and moisturized. And it smells good, too! Love it!
