Honey Curls Custard

Changed formula?? TERRIBLE!!

I ordered 10 containers of this product (2 separate orders because capped at 5 per order). My biracial daughters have used it for a few years now. We received the products and it is TERRIBLE!!! Completely RUNNY and makes the hair crunchy. I dint know if something went wrong with this batch or if the formula changed but I've been trying to return it to no avail. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

This is my go-to curl custard! It always keeps my low porosity curls hydrated and defined, I don’t know what I’d do if you stopped making it!! So please never do ❤️

Soupy, not the same quality

I've been using this product for at least 2 years and it's always been a custard. Ordered from Amazon recently and it came very soupy, like it was watered down with alcohol. I decided to order straight from you and thought I'd be getting the quality product I'm used to. I even ordered 2. I feel like I wasted the almost $40 on this and it's not coating my hair properly, so it takes like 2 times as long to do my hair on wash day.
