Youth Raglan Dress

Great sheath style dress

I’ve been making the Seaside hoodie, so I was familiar with the raglan sleeves with the side panel. I personally wish it was a bit more a-line in silhouette. The way it’s written, it’s a great dress for more slender girls.

Slightly different way to sew up a raglan, but I had just made the seaside hoodie a couple days before and they assemble the same way, both have very clear picture and written instructions. I was anticipating it to be a bit more of an a-line, instead of so sheath straight.

Make all the sweater dresses!

I adore this pattern, sews up just as easily as the kids version. It's perfect for all sorts of applications, the trendy sweater dress, a hooded dress, and even a nightgown! I used this pattern to make a nightgown for my SIL, I appreciate that the youth sizes go high enough to work for smaller adults too!
