Zero customer service

I ordered, shop app auto populated last search address and not my billing or shipping address. Called within 60 seconds after I placed the order I was told the order had moved to processing they couldn’t do anything with the order. I was then told to contact ups set up an ups choice account which I actually already had. UPS said they were not allowed to change the delivery address. Contacted customer service several times they did nothing. So be careful ordering from them, they literally will provide no customer service. The shoes never left their facility, they could have canceled the order but that was not even option provided. Think about it the shoes never left their facility for three and in those three days not one ounce of customer service could be given. Kristy V provided the useless customer service!

The Base of the heel is too narrow. I took a fall on uneven pavement the first time I wore them. (I do not normally fall). The other Cole Haan sandals with a broad heel that I have worn for 5 years are wonderful. I was hoping the new sandals would replace my old ones but I guess that’s not the case. This new pair I bought on faith because they are unreturnable. I gave them away.

They are very comfortable and exactly what I expect in terms of quality from Cole Haan. Highly recommend!
