Best service I could have hoped for.
After an unfortunate issues with my cat and the inner tent of my xmid 2, Durston support were so helpful. They offered to repair it but due to the postage cost back and forth to the UK I decided to just replace it
They dispatched it so quickly and made everything so easy I could have asked for more. They were even so lovely as to give me a little money off on the promised I keep my cat away from this one :)

Amazing service
My inner tent was broken and they made no problem of sending me a new one, including some extra ropes to repair the old ones. Absolutely amazing! And also extremely friendly, helpful and fast. The best customer support I’ve had in years, honestly.

Superb customer service !
I mentioned that my current xmid had a small tear at the peak on the Durston Facebook group looking for some potential solutions. Dan came in and said I could have a free new fly as they were better reinforced now. It arrived 3 days later with new tents pegs and clips. That is why I buy Durston every time and thank you !
