This reprint of a 1956 calendar is wonderful. It includes a feature that I'm always delighted to see in an Advent calendar -- the "doors" that open tor reveal images are printed within windows or other features of the scene so that the image behind that door will fit into the image as a whole. I'm going to order a few more, in fact. This is a real, true Advent calendar that remembers the meaning of Christmas and is designed to become an even more interesting panorama as each "door" is opened.
