My products came damaged took two weeks to get delivered to North Carolina and after three weeks of trying to return the items since there were holes in both of the shade sails, I know was informed I have to pay for the return label? Do not order from this company. Its not worth the headache. POOR quality, POOR customer Service, and all around poor business.

Order two shade sales and they both came damaged. It took two weeks to have them delivered, there were holes in both shade sales I ordered, it’s taking me three weeks to get anywhere with customer service, and now I was informed that I have to cover the return from NC-CA. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Very disappointed and more importantly, this is extremely stressful. Very disappointed in this company. You’re better off ordering from Amazon or another distributor.

Great product - very durable. I have had one over one end of my pool for 3 years and now I bought another one for the other end of my pool. Provides great shade!
