We are absolutely obsessed with our custom toy bin for Otto and Cooper from Lucy and Lola! The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The felt is incredibly sturdy and structured, not flimsy at all, and it feels like it’s truly made to last. The embroidery work is BEAUTIFUL. The detail and cleanliness of the stitching is so impressive, and somehow they captured Otto and Cooper’s likeness perfectly. It genuinely looks like *them*, which made it feel so personal and special. You can tell so much care and talent goes into these pieces. It’s functional, adorable, and one of my favorite custom pet purchases we’ve made. Highly, highly recommend!

Absolutley in love with our toy basket, the embroided print is so life like and I love the fact you get unlimited edits if its not to your liking. I also love how they give you the option to purchase a digital download too! It has pride of place in Baileys toy corner. Thankyou Lucy and Lola!!
