Missing Order, Unresponsive Customer Service

I was genuinely impressed after my first order from Piglet in Bed—so much so that I came back and spent over $300 on another set. That decision turned out to be a mistake. The order never arrived. The tracking number provided by DHL doesn’t exist in their system, and they’ve explicitly confirmed there is no shipment associated with it. Their advice? Contact Piglet in Bed directly. Easier said than done. After days of trying every available channel, I’ve received nothing—no response, no acknowledgment, not even an automated reply. For a company charging premium prices, this level of non-existent customer service is inexcusable. At this point, I’m left with no product, no communication, and no recourse other than filing a credit card chargeback. It’s a shame, because the product itself initially showed promise. But reliability and accountability matter far more—and on that front, they’ve completely failed. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to spend their money elsewhere.
