The Boisterous Blue Jay Brooch

I'm so happy with my new brooch & earrings !

I recently ordered the Boisterous Blue Jay Brooch from the Peter Cromer collection as well as the Tree Drop earrings in orange (rust-ish, actually). They arrived here in California (half-way around the world !) by post very promptly. The design & color of the Blue Jay is just gorgeous and I especially look forward to wearing the earrings in the Fall ! He’s so bright and happy! I love how geometric he is. Very MCM. This is definitely a sleeper in this collection.

Beautiful Boisterous Bluejay

I purchased this brooch as a gift for a friend in New York who lost her husband Jay a couple of years ago. Her favourite colour is blue and her favourite animal is a bird. The colours and textures are so beautiful. It was a match (literally) made in heaven and she was overjoyed to receive it. Fantastic.
