Good pants, no customer service

Great fit, they work great and keep me cool during the hot days! I made a mistake on my address when ordering and within seconds I emailed customer service to rectify the mistake before shipping but they never replied even to this day. Luckily I was able to intercept the package via UPS but I was a bit disappointed with that.
