I bought the insoles the thinner ones and went out walking with no issues..when I got home and took shoes off after an hour or so I noticed quite a different feeling in my feet especially from the ball of my foot across..best way to explain is that it felt freed up..it was a great feeling. I now shift the insoles to whatever shoes I'm wearing after a few more days I went back and purchased shoes

Great when you need a bit more room

I purchased the slim soles to go into the new version of the sneakers and new runners. I find the newer shoes not quite as roomy as the original shoes and I needed more space. The size small insoles fit my Euro shoe size 39. A little firm to start with but I'm sure they will mould into my foot as my previous soles have.

Heal pain persists

Initially the inner soles gave me some relief,so I was hopeful that they would be my answer. After one month of using them in various shoes and activities I am yet to be convinced they are having any lasting impact on my heal pain. Will persevere for another month before I could recommend.
