I ordered the 21-23mm caps on 25/5/26. After a couple of weeks I received an email to say delivery would be delayed. After some time I sent an email for an update, which you did not respond to. After another period, while my caps had still not left the warehouse, I received an email to say that you had an EOFY sale on, which would have made my order $24 less. Considering that I was still waiting for my original order to leave the warehouse, I wrote to request a refund for the difference. No reponse. The caps finally left the warehouse the following day. I found that they were not 21-23 but actually 22 and did not fit a lot of my chair legs. I considered sending them back to change for a larger size but as I had received no response to my 2 previous communications, I decided against it as I felt that your after-sales service was severely lacking. Instead, I ordered some larger ones, which meant that in total I spent $129.95. Had I trusted your refund policy I would not have had to spend so much. I think that the product is a good one but your after-sales service needs some fine tuning for me to recommend your company to anyone else.

So easy to order while waiting for delivery I was kept informed on their arrival. I had purchased some round and also some square chair caps they were easy to fit on my square and round legged chairs they are a perfect fit..I have recommended them to my family and friends and I couldn’t be happier

The quality of Chair Caps are good. The chairs glide easily on the tiles. The caps stay on the chairs, where the you stick on fall off. The only thing that could be improved is the delivery times. It takes your company 2 0r 3 days to process order then it takes Australia Post 6 days to get them here. Will buy more shortly to fit different chairs that I have.
