I was initially unsure if this was the knife for me. After sitting with Jon and considering a range of similar petty knives at price points up to 3x the cost of this one, Jon said that I would be pleasantly surprised at how well this one cuts. The geometry(thin blade) really makes it a joy to work with. It melts right through all kinds of food and has quickly become the first knife I reach for when needing to cut a few things and for detail work. Thanks Jon, you were right. This knife cuts like a dream and is a joy to work with!
