The Gold Rush v2 is a very good crawling platform, with one issue. I am getting a vibration (pretty sure it's a vibration) from the transfer case or the transmission when driving at a slow walk. Seems fine in a slow crawl but then the vibration comes in. I ended up installing another transmission and eliminating the transfer case and the transmission that was supplied. Disappointed with that part.... but the chassis itself makes for a very nice crawler. Very pleased with the quality and fitment of everything else. Is the Gold Rush v2 chassis available without the transmission or the transfer case? Or is there a fix for the vibration/noise? Regardless, I am pleased with the chassis and how well it works with a different transmission/motor mount. Would I buy again, I think so.

Overall pretty good chassis. Everything went together good, everything fit right.

Its better in person. A screw size diagram in the instructions could save a lot of time. It has many screw sizes and may extras.
