Professional Rolling Sharpener

I Have used cheaper versions of the roller sharpener but the Rural Butcher roller sharpener is far more superior and gives a better edge and sharpens my Japanese knifes to perfection. The freight time was minimal and the guys at Rural Butchers were excellent to deal with. Good to deal with an Australian business. Thanks and Cheers Vicki W.A.

Great for sharpening the majority of knives but hard to use when using thin bladed knives, haven't quite worked out how to do this successfully cheers Peter

Found it to be good quality build and easy to use. Really happy with how quick and easy it is to bring a dull knife that hasn’t been sharpened in ages back to razor sharp!
