We built our home three years ago-our front a back porches have cedar posts and beams-the scent was amazing. Not knowing any better we turned to the internet to research what to put on them to keep them looking like new. Unfortunately we opted for applying linseed oil to them all. Bad choice. After a couple of years the beams turned black and looked horrible. Back to the internet to research how to bring life back to our cedar. . . . we discovered Wash Safe. After following the instructions exactly (yes 15 minutes of stirring) and applying the solution and utilizing our power washer our cedar came back to life. . . absolutely amazing.
