This may be one of my new favorite chai teas. I’ve had many chai teas in the past. A few are among my favorite steeps. I’ve had chocolate chais in the past, but none that would be among my favorite teas. I don’t know that I would call this a chocolate chai, per se, but definitely there’s a complex and rich flavor to this tea that made it delicious. Particularly with milk and sugar. Chocolatey undertones, some acid, some spice. And it’s a very forgiving steep, not developing overwhelming bitterness like some teas when oversteeped. Highest recommendation.
