My daughter was very happy with the Tan Braided Belt. I like my Black belt. I am disappointed with the time that it took to receive my order. I ordered both belts on Sept. 25, 2025. I received a notification from Canada Post in October, (that turned out to be an error), that the black belt was being shipped. The black belt finally arrived in late November, after several emails back and forth with Victoria. The Tan Belt arrived mid December, again after I emailed about it. I am disappointed in the time frame from the time that the order was placed till both belts were received (2 months for one & almost 3 months for the second one). Also, no notifications were received on the estimated delivery time, until I started calling and emailing your company. I live approximately a 2.5 hour drive from your place of business. I could have driven there, picked up my order and driven back in less than a day. The products are well made - the shipping of the products and the notifications to customers need some work. Thank you for your time.

Bought as a Christmas gift. Was everything I hoped for and loved by the recipient.
