Great pillow and customer service!

This pillow has been everything I've been looking for! I'm a side sleeper, and the height is great for my wide shoulders, and the softness is perfect for my head. Customer service was excellent when I was initially not happy with my original purchase (too firm). Love this pillow!

Great Pillow, Even better company!

I first ordered the bogo deal and from a friend's recommendation I chose the thinner version. I slept on it for a few weeks but it didn't seem it was helping it actually seemed to be making things worse due to being to thin. I emailed the company on a Saturday and they responded within a half hour and suggested I try the thicker version free of charge. I have slept on it since and it is much better a little thick but it is better. If they bring out a version that is between the thin one and the thick one it would be perfect. I am 50 years old 5' 8" 160 pounds. I have had neck and back issues for most of my adult life and this pillow seems to help.

Top notch pillow and guest service - my first pillow was absolutely horrible and it’s because it was too soft and just not suited for me. It doesn’t mean it’s not suited for somebody else. I reached out to the company and they quickly sent me a better fitted firm pillow and it appears to be what solved the problem. The pain is gone and it is a great product- granted it’s something made in China but you know what they’re the ones that manufactured it out there and partnered with them to deliver this to us so I won’t hold that against them. If you want a product that fits your head and great customer service this Company will look out for you.
