I’m a nurse but am quite sedentary working in an admin role mostly. I’m 52, 78kgs at 175 cm tall. My legs didn’t swell per se but my ankles were getting puffy and my legs were sore-ish at the end of a working day. I’ve been wearing these every day and can’t speak highly enough about them. They feel like a warm hug, not restricting but firm. They do not cut off your circulation at the top like an elastic band type scenario which I’ve had from other brands. I leave them on after work due to their comfort and don’t take them off until bed. I actually even wear them on my days off. Delightfully surprised by their comfort and ease of putting on and taking off. When summer comes around I will try the shorter anklet versions. My feet and ankles are visibly slimmer and my aching has disappeared. I recommend you try them and see how they work for you! Also super easy to wash and line dry or pop on clothes horse. Due to the fabric they literally almost dry on spin cycle. DO IT!!

My 6 pack was delivered quickly, and had 3 pairs of brightly coloured socks , plus black,white and beige. I was hoping for all 6 pairs to be bright, however they are super comfortable, and there is always a need for plain ones.very happy indeed.
