Overall, these are good shrimp. I ordered the five pack, and one died in transit, and was cannibalized by its bagmates. However the four that remained so far are busy, grazing, and appear healthy.

Even though there were complications with the first batch, they handled it swiftly and professionally and even went above and beyond. 10/10 will be ordering from again in the near future.
