Empty 2.5 gallon jug

This empty glass water jug is beautiful with the Flower of Life design on it. It will be gorgeous sitting on my copper water dispenser!

The jug looks beautiful on my Sertodo copper base

I love how the glass looks on my base. I didn't realize there was a giant logo on top of the glass which is ok but could be more subtle. I wasn't please with the shipping cost which was more than the cost of the item and that it took over 3 weeks to get to me even though shipping that I paid for was promised in 5-7 days. When I reached out to the company, they said they had no control over shipping which I thought to be odd. They also said my item was on back order after repeated emails but then it magically appeared a day later after they said they would ship it as soon as it came it so I think there's a bit of miscommunication on processes within the company that need to be addressed. Aside from all those issues, I do like the item.

Beautiful and functional

I got the whole set, glass jug, strap, and dispenser. Works wonderfully.
