The sea moss gummies are not the best tasting but i can get one down at a time. I am hapoy these come in a gummy form rather than the gel for myself.

These are horrible. I couldnt even swallow them. Also left a terrible taste in my mouth after spitting them out. I will stick with buying the gel and blending it in my smoothie.
