During the assembly of the bike, I found that the bead on the front tire was torn. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to Tracers customer service requesting a new tire. They got back to me in about two hours saying they'd send out a new tire. Two days later I had the new tire. Thank you for the quick response. Since then I have ridden over 100 miles without any problems. Very happy with my purchase. I get a lot of smiles, thumbs up and questions about my bike. I tell people if you're going to spend the money on an ebike. Get one that looks cool.
