Inconsistent sizing with other shoe models

Beautiful shoes and high quality but the sizing is inconsistent. These were way too small, even though I purchased another pair of shoes from FOM in the same size and those fit perfectly. I would need to size up for these but I've already wasted money on delivery and return for the first purchase, so I'll pass on buying from the online shop again.
