4-in-1 Calming Magnesium Powder - Pomegranate

I was so impressed with this I ordered a subscription for my daughter as well. As expected, she really likes it! Most importantly, it works incredibly well as part of my bedtime routine and it is delicious! I’ve tried it in just water, with various herbal teas, hot cacao, and also in a little vanilla flavored coconut yogurt - sooo yum!! I highly recommend giving it a try, ESPECIALLY if you find it difficult to fall asleep and/or stay asleep <3
