Wrong modem shipped by accident, otherwise great service

The modem that was shipped to me was the version without eSIM capability. This was unfortunate, but Wireless Haven was quickly able to rectify the situation. I initially wrote a poor review because I thought it was just sold to me missing the correct firmware, but in fact it is the wrong SKU. The modem itself is fine, no trouble connecting to it or issuing commands.
