They DO work in SHADE

Amazing - we have steps that do not get any direct light and the actually work. And they are much more solid and brighter than the multiple cheaper ones we have bought over the years that are now in the failed solar light graveyard. These look like they will last through snow storms - fingers crossed!

Mesa Lantern SHADE SOLAR lights

We purchased these lights in Jan 2026. The pathway leading to our front door is pretty heavily shaded. The most it gets is some morning sun. We had wired lights there previously but they stopped working. I purchased 2 other types of solar lights for this area previously which did not work because they didn't get enough sun. We installed the Mesa Lantern shade solar lights on or around 1/5/26. They work great. They light up (dusk to dawn) every day even when it is cloudy. I love them!!! Highly recommend.

Problem solvers

These solar lights delivered as advertised. The sun during late fall and winter is limited. Previous lights worked very poorly during this time. The new lights are getting the job done.
