These run a size to a size and a half too small! And customer service was very poor—unclear from the website that you have to pay an extra $15 for any and all exchanges (as opposed to returns). Not only a very unusual practice, but especially unreasonable when the sizing on these is so off. Raised this with customer service and got a very dismissive response. Not how I would run my business.
